Midnite Oil Media was originally, a graphic design company. However, after my daughter, Lily, was born, I found myself needing more flexibility. Tight work deadlines were no longer feasible. My love of organization was less of a necessity before I became a mother. I managed work, our home, and our lives easily. But now, my time is precious and I see how vital it is to work efficiently and quickly each day to accomplish my goals. I've always used Excel sheets and thrown together checklists to manage my time and help me stay on track. But I have converted my own, personal forms and lists into professionally designed kits, downloadable and printable at home. I also love to share my tips for those looking for extra help, which you can find on my blog!

As a graphic and web designer, I've used many web servers over the years and found Cloudways recently. I can't say enough about my experience so far. My Story
When I was younger, I would drive my friends crazy by cleaning and organizing their rooms when at their house. My favorite activities were organizing my bookcase and lining up all my toys in order of size. In college, my dorm room (or at least my side of the dorm) was always orderly and neat. I used to do this because living in cleanliness made me happy and less stressed. However, as an adult, I've realized how important organization and functional systems are for efficiency and time management. When you are organized and your spaces are clean and calming, you can be so much MORE productive! I hope that my blog and printable lists can give you the tools you need to achieve a sustainable level of organization for you and your family!
Some facts about me:
- I am a slackliner, aka I walk on and do tricks on a climbing webbing strung between two trees.
- I am a recovering Diet Coke addict. I mean it. Think 10 a day...yikes.
- I taught English in Japan for a summer. It was a long time ago, but one of the most interesting times of my life.
- Making elaborate cakes is my favorite hobby.
- I thought I was going to be an editor, but became a graphic designer instead.
- I have lived in California, Massachusetts, Maine, New York, New Hampshire and Kentucky.
- I love to bake, but don't really like baked goods.
- I have a bachelors in English and a masters in Advertising.
- I love bugs! And so does my daughter!
- I'm terrified of flying. Makes travel...interesting.
- I'm part of a running club and I run with a stroller!
